@drgnfr horses come ...
@drgnfr horses come collected (neck flexing) naturally. My horse does it all the time, and I've never taught her to do that.We are simply asking the horses to use their muscles. It's like....the horse version of ballet.I did ballet, and it stretched muscles that I'd never used before, and probably shouldn't be used.Does that mean I didn't like it?No? I loved ballet. It is the same way with the horses. They are using muscles that they already have. This is a horrible version of dressage I might add.

Eh...very? ...
Eh...very? disorganized for dressage...

And not to mention ...
And not to mention their hyper-flexed necks they are obliged to be ridden with. People have to know what dressage is before they get so? fervent in defending whatever looks like it.

This is such a bad ...
This is such a bad imitation of "classical horsemanship" (as 'modern' people like to call it). These are bad circus tricks that have nothing to do with the merits of true dressage. These horses lack harmony and energy in their moves: they are contrived rather than natural. The passage in the beginning? is completely disordered. Clearly that poor horse is asked to give more than it is physical developed to and than it would have properly (and patiently) been taught to.

Absolutely right! ...
Absolutely right! These are not calm? horses.

those people who ...
those people who hate on some of THE BEEESSSSTTTT PEOPLE AND HORSES IN? DRESSAGE you people ar both stupid and jealous. I am sooooo jealous of their skills. SO STOP BEING SO ANNOYING AND THINK FOR A MINUTE "hmmm....maybe they are just trying to put up a nice video to teach people what they do." ....thank you. -Someone who loves dressage:D

There is a ...
There is a difference between a horse swishing its tail and whipping its tail... Not to mention that if a horse is swishing its tail in pain, fear,? or anger you will also see their ears pinned back... It is very easy to tell (for those who are used to it) in a horse's expression when they are being mis-treated. In addition a horse traine through fear will never attain this level of mastery... this is high level stuff going on here.

Woww, a horse ...
Woww, a horse flicking it's tail doesnt mean its in pain nor does it mean its crying out! does that horse have its earse pineed? Do you see that horse throwing its head? Thatt horse is enjoying what its doing, and might i say it does it very well! My Hanoverian French Tb Cross Gelding can bow, and rear on command ive been doing dressage for 3 years now and my horse loves? doing it, he cant wait to go. I HIGHLY disagree that is crule in any way shape and or fourm!(:

A horse flicking ...
A horse flicking its tail is a horse that is irritated, there is no arguing with that. It really annoys me when people insist that flicking it's tail is a way of (insert excuse here, such as keeping? tempo, showing enthusiasm etc). Horses don't think like that, they simply react to what's going on around them.

tolles Pferd ;))?
tolles Pferd ;))?

their language? ...
their language? really? if you talking about the horse swishing it's tail then your wrong. If a horse swishes its tail its? not obligated to mean that its mad or in pain, fear, ect. for crying out loud. THE HORSE IS DANCING. Some horses just do it! If they were mistreated they wouldn't be looking so good. If you look at some other dressage videos you'll see horses acting the same way, bu they are happy. And why could you buy a 80-150 thousand dollar horse and mistreat it?

Really a? nice ...
Really a? nice video..

i totally? agree. ...
i totally? agree. and anyways, even if people want to believe this is "cruelty", where's the proof?

If you want prove ...
If you want prove paste this link in YT search bar: The Nevzorov-haute-ecole? school

Everytime someone ...
Everytime someone says it's cruel others say: well if it's cruel why does the horse do it. Because a horse CAN PERFORM BY THE FEAR OF PAIN AND PUNISHMENT! That's why now and then those horses can act all of a sudden hyper active and try to buck or try to escape. You can see clearly that the horses don't like it because of their body language. If you can? do this without all the tack, bits and whips and pressure then the horse can choose at liberty. See Haute Ecole Nevzorov.

Dear dressage- ...
Dear dressage-lovers. Stop arguing with people who think dressage is a bad thing. They'll never understand what dressage really? is and that there's nothing bad about it. Arguing with those people is just senseless.

How am I SELFISH?... I DONT hit my? horse with a whip for the pleasure of what winning? Id rather lose than hit my horse to win anyday... Anyway Ive got better things to do than talk to you... BYE!!!!

ummm what level do ...
ummm what level do you show at? intro? a whip is not violent and if you really do dressage then you are one of those 'shelfish people'? your talking about. u clearly know nothing about dressage. end of conversation.

a whip used in the ...
a whip used in the right way is nothing more than a motivator. don't try to be smart about stuff you know nothing about. once you get to certain levels? in dressage, a whip and spurs are required. it is NOT violence
